Q1 2025 sales were up by 66% in China and 57% overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From Niu&#8217;s press release<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image kg-card kg-image-card\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insightev.com\/content\/images\/2025\/04\/image-8-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In comparison, international sales are growing more slowly, up by 5% in the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image kg-card kg-image-card kg-card-hascaption\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/insightev.com\/content\/images\/2025\/04\/Niu-Quarterly-Volumes.001-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><i><b><strong class=\"italic\" style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">From a seasonality perspective, Q4 and Q1 are the slower quarters for Niu<\/strong><\/b><\/i><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niu has also indicated that the newly launched NX Pro has received a good response in the Chinese market. The local market gets the new Niu products many quarters before they are introduced in international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impact\">Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a dismal 2022 and 2023, Niu has bounced back in 2024. The company is now building on sales growth with new products and an expanding sales network in China.
